Emblem Health has unofficially announced it will be re-introducing a small group HSA product for new enrollments, which currently is only available for renewing, Emblem HSA small businesses.
Details
-This will be an EPO-based product
-Deductibles will be $5800/$11,600 (single/family)
-100% coverage after deductible is met
-Target single rate of about $300 per month
-Estimated availability date: April 1st, 2012
