CareConnect Insurance Company (a division of Northwell Health) has decided not to renew their provider network contract with CityMD. As a result, effective August 1st 2017, CityMD urgent care centers will no longer be part of the CareConnect network.
Existing CareConnect subscribers will still have access to WESTMED, ProHealth, and GoHealth urgent care centers. A full list of urgent care facilities in the CareConnnect network (effective 8/1/17) can be found here:
