You can now purchase the following with No Medical Exam:
• Up to $300,000 of permanent life insurance (universal or whole life)
• Up to $5,000 monthly benefit for disability income
No exam is required! Both products will use simplified underwriting that will include a non-medical questionnaire, a phone interview and a prescription check. You must take both life insurance and disability income insurance to qualify for no medical. Policy will be issued at a Standard rating if approved.
