Beginning June 1st 2012, Emblem Health small groups will have a new prescription drug formulary. These changes were made to ensure Emblem members have access to the prescription drugs they need at the lowest possible cost. Large Emblem groups are not affected by these changes.
Letters will be going out to Emblem small groups and its members shortly regarding the changes. Sample letters can be found below:
